Well, this fine summery weather we have been enjoying here in North Wales has been most welcome. Going into Llandudno the other day and there were people sunbathing on the shingle! That's how warm it's been. This is a photo I took on Friday evening when we went for a walk along Rhos promenade.
I had a rare opportunity to go for a drink with a friend on Wednesday lunchtime, which I took advantage of. We met at The Ship, a pub up a hill from where I live. Dewi was an old work collegue of mine at the Education Department, which I left in 2002. It was nice to catch up with old times and I'm sure that we will make it a regular occurance.
